hello, Alexsandria Here
A certified personal Trainer, who fell in love with the realization on how fitness produces high levels of self-love & wanting to implement them onto others. My main goal is to help people realize: if you feel amazing on the inside, you’ll look amazing on the outside & the results show it.
I have been in the fitness industry since 2018 & quickly became certified early 2019. I discovered I had a passion to make fitness a long life career the second I realized how much it changed my personal life for the better & all I could think to myself was “I want to help others feel the way I feel mentality, spiritually & physically. Most people view Fitness as just a physical aspect when there is so much more to it. It is a full Mind-Body experience. As the years went on, I started to take more courses to continue gaining knowledge, learning from higher experts in the field & become the best I could be for my clients. Fitness has changed my whole mindset & would love to do the exact same for you.
